Shake weight is so silly. I feel like there are better ways to work your arm muscles. I don't think it's necessary to spend 20 dollars on a shake weight. I'm sure it'd be better just to buy dumbbells.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm reading this on campus on a university computer so can't see what it looks like and I've never heard of shake weights but I have to agree with Elise, it sounds silly. You know the old saying...if it sounds too good to be true...just join your buddies and we'll all get the weight off together.
